We all know that the BlockList has no unblock feature.
So what can u do if u blocked your best friend, or if u wanted to see who is blocked?
Until know u could do nothing or learn how to use an hexeditor.
To make thinks more simple i made a tool that opens "ressystem\blist.shd" and allows u to view and edit the persons u have blocked.
