Req: 80 - Perfect Blue Mile (10), decreases the chance of level degradation by 100% when enhancing a Lv.4 equippable item. Lv. Req: 80 - Perfect Red Eye (10), decreases the breakage rate by 100% when enhancing a Lv.4 equippable item. Lv. Req: 80- Binding Reset Resin (Grade 4), an item that will allow you to unbind certain rare drops. Can only unbind Level 4 items. After unbound, the item will bind to the next person who equips it.
