lol the ranged part is BS. The Cleric, as I have found is strictly melee. You could argue that heal is a ranged ability, but no damage is done.

lol that would be sweet! But at the same time, that would make clerics insanely powerful against undead. But wouldn't that be essentially the same as dark types?
