Deciding if i should go all str [i have 25spr already] or keep going with the build

After 25 in SPR it is pretty much not worth it to put in there anymore. I would put the rest in STR.

Is it +25 SPR or until your SPR GETS to 25. I'm a little confused about that.

I think if you want decent damage and you're not going to do a full +str build, then +25spr is HIGHLY recommended. You can't go wrong with +25spr rest +str. But I solo sometimes... so I might put a bit of end too (but that's just me, and even still some ppl don't recommend it). So it's up to you.
