Whats a good Kite build?

+ ... Str , + ... Dex , good +str items or good +dex items ? Do i need 'END' for kiting too , sometimes takin hits... I just don't know.. thanksforyourhelp!

I think 3:1 dex:spr is best... the dex gives double the chance to avoid all damage than end and the spr is nice when u see purple lights and hear glass shattering

I dont think you should need end if you put some points into dex... My build is eventually going to be 25spr, 33dex, rest str
