Enhancement Rates: [U]<li>Enhancement rates have again been increased by another 10%
</li><li>Enhancement rate for Accessories have been adjusted to match other items
</li><li>A system has been added to prevent a large amount of fails during item enhancement
</li><li>The system will now increase the chance of success if the user experiences a lot of fails consecutively. The amount of success increase is based on the Tier and the enhancement level of the item. The counter for this bonus success resets when the player closes and re-initiates the enhancement interface. Continuous enhancing will prompt better results.</li></ul>
