Omg, in my country(South Africa) everone has their hand in some blackmarket dealing(pun unintended)

anyway i heard yesterday one guy from the home affairs dept. was scammin all the municipil, stealin R1 (our currncy is the rand and it sucks) from each person and they're like half a million workers. he got R500 000 every month from stealin

. by the time the police (oh plz the most corrupt guys) caught on he was gone somewhere else on the planet with over R7 million (about $745 000)

I give up. I think those who hide money under their beds are better of than law abiding citizens.(lol) cause they avoid givin tax to these corrupt officials and robert mugabe

Reminds me of that one dude who recently got sent to jail for fraud x.x it was the largest case of fraud in the history of the world (so I've heard), 2 billion dollars?
