Actually it might be best to get a check up and consult a doctor before going Vegan. Just in case your body resists certain nutrients and will need extra supplementing. For instance, Diabetics obviously need protein and so it'd be best to for them to especially focus on Vegan protein options.

idk if blood tests cost you much there but I was gonna suggest taking one before you take soylents and then after (like, a month or something on it).

At least that way you can confirm that soylent isn't bad for your body...

but still, you can't rely on that stuff long term. Don't you remember why you stopped?!
