That's right, you can "gift" them if you know the other person's Spark ID.

So in your opinion is the enhancement bundle or the iron case more worth it?

I'm not completely up to date on the game. If I'm right, Iron Case is 2 inv slots and Enhancement bundle is... some number of perfect blue miles and red eyes. I would go for the Iron Case any day, but I don't know how much SC either costs.
