First scan your PC for any possible keyloggers. And if you've tried investing from a gold site, then you had it coming. I believe that Outspark isn't very forgiving if a gold site is involved and may likely refuse to give your account back.
You should then go to the Outspark/Fiesta website and report it. Find a "Help" section or PM a GM on the forums (doubt they do this anymore though).
