There's an even better paint program that you can get for free. Go to http://www.getpaint.net/ and download Paint.NET v3.22. I have it, and it's like an exact copy of photoshop. I made my new siggy with it. ;D |

Pretty Good with what ya had to work with, yeah you can use the paint.net or you can also download a free program I use called gimp its a very useful program and has all of photoshops filters and is free =P
