Looking for advice;

So I started playing Fiesta a few days ago picking the Archer class I must say I am enjoying it.
Now I've settled down and learned a few basics but as I look into the future something worries me.

I've been looking through various rare sets for the Archer class and can't decide which is the best over all taking in count of the bonuses you receive through the various equipment.

Side note on build ect: I am full STR Build and will be funded due to me able to buy Cash Shop to make my Gear in the -+7-+9 Range no problem. I also have a very good friend of mine who has just started playing with me who is a full SPR Cleric.
For future notes I will be going Sharpshooter for the PvP aspect and the fact I like the look of Bows betters. She will be going Holy Knight for the Endure max.(She will either be using the 75 85 set+7-9)

Right anyway as I look through the set the ones that appeal to me are;

Multi Armor Set. (For Kitting and AoE purposes)
Collect 2 Items Increases Multi-Shot attack rate 12.5 %
Collect 3 Items Reduces SP consumption of Multi-Shot skill 7.5 %

Plague Set(DoT wise)
Collect 2 Items Increases Venomous Shot attack rate 12.5 %
Collect 3 Items Increases Venomous Shot effect duration 12.5 %

Hawk Set
Collect 2 Items Reduces SP consumption rate of Nature's Speed skill 7 %
Collect 3 Items Increases attack rate of Bone Shot skill 12.5 %

So can you guys give me a recommended set for leveling and then a "Final set which I plan to +9"
Also would the 100, 105 sets benefit me more?

Also what Bow should be my first bow to +9 that will last me up to Helga ect.

Last two questions;
How to I "Awake stats" onto a certain Piece of Armor or can you only get set items with + stats on by drops.

Final question to any helpful people what Jewels should I look into buying.
