xtrap problems

everytime i try to log into fiesta a message that says "x-trap engine has failed please re-start the game" what should i do?

solve problem
1.Your game is not updated with the latest patches.
2.Your speed is not good.
3.Your computer's operating system does not install the plug.

dont know what to do
ok so i know ive installed the lastest pastches and my connection speed seems fine so what should i do if its not downloading the plug?
