Hello,
To give a little more insight on the hammer and why we are not currently selling it, I decided to give you a couple of reasons which will make you understand our situation.
The hammer is a very powerful tool and as such, many players want to use it for their gear. So many in fact that everytime we put it in the store, the store experiences an overload on page requests and purchase requests.
This overload however doesn't only affect Fiesta. In the background of our shops is a system backbone core, which is in charge of recognizing and executing functions like item purchases, taler deduction, etc.
When we do a sale of the hammer usually we're getting several thousand requests per minute. And if players experience slow shops because they landed on one of the overloaded transfer servers, they refresh again. This forces another request onto the distribution server and the whole thing continues till every possible pipeline is filled and the system crashes.
Now when this happens, it's actually not just Fiesta that has issues. No gamigo game would support their shop functionality, nor item delivery systems. That's the biggest reason why the hammer hasn't been to the shop in a while. We are working to improve this structure, but it takes time and a lot of stress-testing. As a result, the item in question has become rare.
We understand your position on this, but even a solution like "put it permanently in the shop" will have negative effects. While the shop will not crash, the item will no longer be considered this powerful tool, but instead be the reason why raiding and actually looking for good gear becomes noncompulsory. This makes rare items worthless and we want to avoid destroying the value and significance of items in Fiesta.
So as you can see, it's not that we don't want to sell the hammer.
The issue is that given the current situation we are not able to provide a stable delivery and still ensure that it's an "offer" and not a "given" factor.
We are however reviewing how the item functions to be able to perhaps make it permanently available in the shop at one point.
We will keep informing you about the situation and once a solution is in place, you'll be the first to find out
