OK, based on what things go for on Teva -

Axes BK and TBK 25 - 30Gold
1 hand - Beak 1.5Gem BK +9 2.5Gem Other BKs 25Gold TBKs 50Gold - 1Gem
Shields - Summons and the +9 L80 all 1Gem

Everything else should be NPC food. 2 hand swords are worthless (no fighter ever uses them), as are most greens unless they are fully enhanced.
