You can get to Vine Tomb through these paths:
Elderine ----> Collapsed Prison ----> Goblin Camp ----> Vine Tomb (North)
Elderine ----> Moonlight Tomb ----> Dark Passage II ----> Vine Tomb (South)
Usually I'd take the first path. Less travel distance.
And by North/South, I mean the Northern and Southern gate of the map.
