Is it true that enhancing a ring / necklace / earring to +3 is un-destroyable?

Actually, I have enhanced 30+ pieces of jewelry so far, and have not had any pieces destroyed. I also have not used any CS stones with these until after +3, so take it for what it's worth.

Gee, should I replace them with another pair of MD earrings, or one of my 3 pairs of GM earrings, or the Spirit's Breath earrings........... decisions, decisions..........

It applies until T4 I found, rare jewellery such as RoP's, BN, and blue earrings (forgot name :P) i have broken at +1 so... be careful.
