Stable party/partner long-term

Looking for a long term partner/party that when OB comes out will be able to play usually around 3-9pm Eastern, which are the times I'll usually be on, not exactly that schedule, but will be on for about 3 hours during that time.

I'll be an Archer in OB, I'm going for DPS, so a tank/cleric would be appreciated, parties of 4 or 5 will be nice also. =]!
