Hate to burst your bubble, but the only thing that makes it close to worth 400S is that it is +3. Single stat, not godly, not worth much, I would usually NPC them. Still, if you want to unlock the power of the armor, get at least 1 more piece of a Levan set. Also, the 75s are better armor than the 80 level - I used mine until L90, when I went with godly greens until I got to start using my Cross set this week.

its really cheap did see a blue cleric pants lvl 55 and it did go for 800s
