On what should i put the points?

For PVP & AoE

i whas thinking about , duration of frost nova maybe? Or cooldown chaincasting? or cooldown magic blast? idk.. whats best?

Magic Blast, 5 points on CDT, 5 points on dmg
Frost Nova, 5 points on CDT
CC, ... might wanna save your points for a better skill

Fireball power, fear duration, inferno cooldown would be good, I think. I haven't played in so long.

CDT would be optional, I'd suggest spending five points for it if and only if you've got extra points to spend.

Mages have tons of other skills they can be better off spending points on, especially in the higher levels, plus the new skills at 1xx.
