She means she needs to get to bed to be able to get up the next morning. 11pm is either after or is the time she goes to bed.

Cause you guys are going by Aussie time, right? Before DST, you guys were like 16hrs ahead of us now you're 15hrs. Hmm. Yeah, if she's EST, its Saturday, March 28th @ 11pm.
2pm(For Aussies) - 12hrs = 2am
2am - 3hrs = 11pm EST.
So basically, 2pm(for Aussies) - 15hrs = 11pm yesterday. LOLOL
