I'd consider it good actually, END/INT/DEX, well if I were to compare it with the oh so common KQ blues xD it's a Wand btw~

Yeah agreed... the Dex and Int is not too bad... KQ blues have next to no stats so thats good

it's know since long time ago, lvl 50 and lvl 70 abysses drop lvl 70 blues, with extremely low drop rate (very rare)

also lvl 40 abyss drops lvl 50 blues, as you may get in honeying KQ rewards
