Spirit is all an archer really needs. Endurance offers nothing to archers in the way of block, which is what's so attractive about the stat. The defense and HP gained from endurance, even at higher levels, is negligible. The same can be said about strength. 30 strength about level 50 will only give you 40ish damage, which is only a small slice of your base damage (which would be about 1000 damage).
Spirit gives you three things, all of which an archer needs. Critical, which doubles the damage of any attack it procs on, skills included. At level 50, this provides you with 5-7% bonus critical (using the pure spirit build), and that's a lot. With the appropriate equipment, scrolls and potions, you'd have 16-17% critical. I'd say that's pretty generous. The magic defense spirit offers is negligible but is an asset nonetheless, as magic attacks will hurt far more than physical attacks (since none of the archer equipment offers much for magic defense). The bonus SP is needed, desperately. At level 50 you'd get a bonus of around 250 SP, which is about 10% of your base SP pool. More SP helps reduce the toll spamming your skills will have on you. The bonus SP increases the amount recovered from SP stones, saving you a small fortune over time.
Anyway, I don't feel endurance or strength are good stats for an archer, as their benefits aren't so brilliant later.
