Roumen = 750c-1.5s each
Elderine = 1.5s-3s (even seen some go for 5s, good day =D)
Uruga = 15s-30s (depends on if someone's desparate)

Unfortunately, for doing those quests over and over again without gaining levels (moving past them), for the mush/star quest, you need to die 70-80 times consecutively to return to 0 xp. For the herb leaf/stem/root quest you need to die closer to 120 times to return to 0 xp. There are other quests that give similar rewards in varying degrees (Ruby's boogy/clam quest, Robin's speedy honeyings, Karl's busted swords) that require low kill counts, or retrieve low xp for the required kills. I personally spent quite a while on ruby's favorite clam, gained close to 30s before gaining lvl 22 =D.
