Skill empowerment troubles me

Hello, I am a lvl 13 cleric (not my best character) and i am having trouble with what to empower. So far i have put 5 into sp consumption for heal and 1 into cooltime for heal. Can anyone tell me if i have made the right choice. And can anyone tell me what to do for the future. Thank you plz reply

you should get up heal to plus 5 cooldown time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
