Is it after adding 25 pts into Spr before the drop in crit. rate gain kicks in? or the crit. rate gain drop the moment your Spr hits 25?

Up until 25 points, you have 0.2% increase. Anything added after that only gives you a bonus of 0.1% per point.

For every point of SPR you add, you gain .2% crit. At +25 crit, you will have 5% crit. But if you add another SPR making it +26, instead of having 25.2% crit, you will only have 25.1% crit. The boost from adding SPR gets cut in half after +25 SPR
