ID has been blocked

Played about 7 years ago, so decided to start up again.

Tried to login the game client, but it says:

The ID has been blocked.

Not sure what would give this message, so I tried going to the forums, but I get this message as well:

404 Page Not Found

The page you requested was not found. 

What is going on? I can login to my account fine on the main site.
