Level cap was to 13 or 18? I'll just wait for the full-thing, you know if the constant Internet-connection requirement will still be implemented for the single-player?

No idea. It was pretty obnoxious though when the servers went down and all I wanted was to play single player.

Also quite sad that I updated my computer to handle LoL graphics and now it's mid-low end for D3... >_>
