Max's privacy war brings Facebook to heel
So this Austrian guy got Facebook to send him all the personal information that Facebook has of him.
Facebook sent him a document with 1222 pages that has all this pokes, request notifications and chats for the entire time that he's been using Facebook.
Being mindful that this paper likes to exaggerate matters, they took the opportunity to go RAWR RAWR PRIVACY INVASION!
Personally I don't see what the huge fuss is about. A lot of the information are fairly useless, like pokes and me sending a carrot to my FV friend or something.
I'm aware that they use my cookies to show me the "right" ads. But what harm does that do?
With this new day and age, should people be more accepting in having websites that you use gather your movements online?
