Adding NPC Image

I've been trying to fix some NPC pages so they're actually viewable.
Yesterday I was working on Lord Elbama and wanted to add an Picture.
I uploaded it to the site but don't know how to show it like so:

I tried copying-pasting the right code since you've already uploaded the image but I don't know why it isn't rendering. Bit of a wiki-noob myself.

I cannot find the image for lord Elbama when using the search.
You might want to verify it was uploaded properly.

Think it's because you don't have any information on your page.

The problem was a server issue that was keeping the server from shrinking images, should be working now.
