Really Unlucky Enhancer!

I was very happy. I got a really good lvl 40 mace with STR, SPR & END.
Why not +9 it?
Bought the Perfect Enhancement Bundle (Grade 2).
30 SC stones = a +5 Mace ¬¬!!
I guess I'll need to buy more of them, not now anyway
A question! Does the success rate depens on my player lvl? If it does, I'm definately an idiot... because I'm lvl 38, not 40 yet

No I dont think it has much to do with your level... (well I think higher level weapon has lower success rate, but it doesn't have anything to do with the level of your character..)

And it's highly unlikely that you'll get a weapon to +9 with just 1 pack of stones.. I always have to buy at least 2 stacks.
