Lv. 30 +9 Hammer?

Hi, some days ago I bought a lvl 30 +9 Hammer for 4G, I want to know if it was a good trade... because it is not green, but from NPC.
Anyway, I'm about to reach lvl 40 and I want to know if it is ok to try to sell it at the same price I bought it, or maybe lower.

I always try sell things back at the same price.. and I'll only lower it if I'm feeling impatient...

For Teva that might go for 4G, but I'm not sure wat what the prices are on Apoline..
