Quest With Unknown levels

I've got a quest in Elderine with my Level 64 character, but I can't tell what level it's suppose to belong to, so I can't add it to wiki properly. Just jotting down the info here if anyone knows which level it belongs to.

I got this one at level 60.
It appears as a quest after the quests from Maria <Second Tower 1> and <Second Tower 2> also at level 60. Not sure of both are prerequiste or only the first one.

Are you fairly certain that those appears at lvl 60?

For some reason I've put them under lvl 59.. Either I saw it as a quest with the levels of those quest in brackets, or I was not thinking and put it in the wrong level... (the latter is fairly possible xD)

if you're fairly sure then I'll move them to lvl 60.

And thanks, I'll add the other one to lvl 60.

Mmmm... leave them at 59 in case, I'll validate once my alt gets there [your guess is as good as mine so I'll bet on you ].
Make sure to note the dependency however, as if you do not turn in the Maria's one, the other is NOT available

Just to confirm you were right.
SecondTower 1 and 2 are level 59 quests.

How should we stress the dependency between Maria's quests and Elbama's What I do? The fact that What I Do is available only if Maria's quests have been done?

You can add a line to show that a particular quest needs another quest to proceed. For example:

So that's in the 2nd part of Land of Trial, where you won't get unless you do part 1.
