When I got hacked, I called my e-mail account company (Yahoo) and asked them to reset my password. They asked me some stuff and the security questions I used when I first set up the account. I reclaimed my e-mail account, then reset my Outspark password.

Its like someone logged on, traded my stuff, then logged off.
