Master/Apprentice Rewards & Instances

So if I remember correctly you get rewards if you have a Master every 10 levels. It might just be because I'm playing the Trickster but did they change how you are supposed to receive the rewards? Turned 20 the other day and no rewards anywhere in the gift box icon...

Also, about those Tower of Izyel and other instances... any info will be appreciated. What's the lowest level you can start and whether I should be running them often or not. Thanks!

I read on the fiesta forum somewhere that the master and apprentice rewards were not working for ANYONE since the last patch. If I remember right o.o

EDIT: Iyzel starts at 20 and goes through 50. Run it just to do the quests, it's pretty easy and gets you good EXP (used to get you a whole level per quest before they nerfed it)
If you have a 50 fighter in your party you own the whole thing, and the boss at the top drops blues.

Ohh, okay I thought it was just because of the new class...

Will anyone party up with a level 2x or 3x? Or should I be doing it when I'm closer to 4x...? And where is it? Lol

From what I hear, the new patch is really glitchy xD

People are willing to party with a 2x, on my server, but a lvl 50 isn't going to drag a bunch of 2x through it.

But you should still go in at 2x, the first floor starts at that level and get's closer to 50 as you go up. So you can actually handle a few floors solo, for your quest. You just need to be in a party to enter... Do all the quests NOW, not at 4x, it helps.

Yeah, seems that way. With every huge patch there's bound to be bugs... more so when you add a new class I guess.

Thanks for the info. My Trickster is way too squishy to try and solo anything probably.

LOL, I wouldn't know as I STILL CANT GET ON *waiting for fix-y patch*

My 42 archer can solo to the top, if that says anything. She just can't beat the boss.

Well, Archers are ranged afterall... Tricksters are melee AND squishier than a Mage, LOL. That and having high damage means even with someone tanking I take aggro and end up spamming HP stone and potions. orz

They're awesome for 1v1 fights but any more and you're just being suicidal.

I'll try it out later tonight.

Oh dear o.o That's what i'll name my trickster, Suicidal xD Jk, that's prolly taken. Dunno if I like this class xD It's cool lookin' tho. I'm starting to think that was the point...

Let's see how long it takes my patch to update....I'm not timing but when I started typing this it was at 6%. 217,295 KB FOR THE PATCH?!?!?!?!

I think there should be....I just got a +2 mace at level 50 (I wonder if it's randomized which weapon you're going to get), and a level 40 hammer +3. I wonder if they're ever enhanced higher than +3. I didn't notice the level 40 one until I was in my late 40's (so I'm not sure when I received it).

You might see some low 4x's there, but most parties will consist of a high level 30's. The exp goes down as you get higher (duh), so basically people stop doing the tower after the quests for it are done. Just run them when you get stuck and get bored of grinding, or you can save them all for late 30's and get them done to level quicker.
***At 36% now; not bad considering how long other people's computers have been taking.

The name would be very fitting for sure.

It's a tricky class to play (no pun intended) if you're used to using melee that can take more than one or two hits. Did you manage to play or just saying at the moment? But I like it... squishy-ness worries me as I usually like tank-types but hopefully their evasion will help them survive in the long run.

Though all-in-all they definitely look the coolest! Love their armor!
