Firstly, I just looked up "adultery" on dictionary.com, and the definition is:
voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and someone other than his or her lawful spouse.
How can someone be put into jail for
voluntary sexual intercourse when they were
raped?
She's now been released, but people are suggesting that she should marry her attacker.
I know there's lots of bad things that happen around the world, but it's horrifying to read/hear these real individual stories.
